CHANDIGARH: The Member of Parliament from Rohtak, Deepender Hooda, said on Friday that the Haryana Government had offered to bear the expenditure of connecting Bahadurgarh with Metro Rail. Addressing a gathering at Dadanpur village in Badli constituency, he said he had got a Rs.25-crore project sanctioned by the National Capital Region Planning Board to construct a link road from Gijodaud to Gwalison on National Highway No. 71. While thanking the people for voting Congress in the recent Lok Sabha and Haryana Assembly polls, he asserted that the ongoing projects would be completed speedily and the pace of development in the State would be stepped up.
