Protest planned

CHAMARAJANAGAR: Members of Chamarajanagar district units of Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha (KRRS) and Hasiru Sene have decided to stage a indefinite dharna in front of the District Offices Complex here on December 7 to protest against the Government’s “failure” to solve farmers’ problems. In a press release issued here on Friday, KRRS convener Honnur Prakash said that farmers would also stage demonstrations in all taluk centres of the district. A decision in this regard was taken in a meeting, the release said.
