Protest against ‘autocratic’ rule

NEW DELHI: A section of New Delhi Municipal Council employees sat on dharna at Palika Kendra here on Thursday in protest against “autocratic” rule of the Administration regarding disbursement of their salaries.

The agitating employees claimed that the new order of the Administration would mean a salary cut for them as the payment would be made as per the Sixth Pay Commission pay scales instead of the Delhi Transco Limited scales demanded by them.
