SEZ fee waiver: response sought

HYDERABAD: A division bench of the A.P. High Court comprising Chief Justice A.R. Dave and Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy on Friday ordered notices and sought response from the government in a writ petition filed challenging the action of the State government in waiving the conversion fee to be paid by Kakinada Special Economic Zone. –Legal Correspondent
