Enrolment for insurance scheme begins

KRISHNAGIRI: The enrolment of beneficiaries for the State Government’s Kalaignar Maruthuva Kaapeetu Thittam began in Denkanikottai taluk in Krishnagiri district on Friday.
The exercise will continue till November 29.
Eligibility
People below poverty line with an annual income of not more than Rs. 72,000 can get photographed with their family members.
Proofs
They have to produce proofs such as ration card, voters ID card, Kisan card, ID cards issued by various welfare boards and driving licence.
Heads of families are asked to take photograph with their family members at the polling booths they had voted during the last Parliamentary elections, a release issued here on Thursday says.
