KOLKATA: Former National compound men’s champion Isiah Rajendra Sanam made it to the men’s individual final of the Asian archery championship at Bali on Thursday. Sanam, who is a qualified pilot, flew high at Bali with consistent display despite being placed 15th in the ranking. In the recurve event, Jayanta Talukdar and Mangal Singh Champia lost in the semifinals and they will contest for the bronze medal on Saturday. Manjudha Soy, returning to the National squad after almost three years, also made it to the women’s compound bronze medal play-off.
