BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday adjourned further hearing on a criminal revision petition by the Special Public Prosecutor and former Advocate-General of Karnataka, B.V. Mr. Acharya had filed an application before the Special Court (34th Additional Sessions Court) hearing the two cases against Ms. Jayalalithaa seeking its permission to withdraw the prosecution against the former Chief Minister in the London Hotels case.

The case relates to acquisition of two hotels in London, United Kingdom, by Ms. Jayalalithaa and T.T.V. Dinakaran. The Sessions Court had dismissed the application by the SPP and this order was challenged before the High Court.
