FRPS for forest officer

MYSORE: After 17 years, the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal Photographic Society (FRPS) has been awarded

M.N. Jayakumar, an IFS officer and a renowned photographer who is at present the Chief Conservator of Forests (Wildlife) and based in Bangalore, was awarded the FRPS for a set of 20 images depicting the behaviour of Indian mammals and birds.

He has worked for three decades in the department.
