Lucknow: Two persons, including a retired army man, were arrested and a cache of explosive devices seized from them in Lalganj area of Mirzapur district, home department officials said here on Wednesday. Ex-servicemen Shyam Sunder Patel and his accomplice Ramji Patel, both of Satna district in Madhya Pradesh, were arrested with 4,000 gelatin rods and 4,000 electronic detonators in Mirzapur district on Tuesday, they said, adding the devices were stacked in nine sacks.
