Singh scored his first century in the Ranji Trophy after coming back from the fold of the ICL. The 31-year-old helped Railways reach 238 for four on the first day of its Super League match against Himachal Pradesh. T.P. Singh’s knock contained 12 boundaries and four sixes. In another match, Karnataka’s R. Vinay Kumar bowled the spell of his life to wreck Delhi on a helpful surface at the Roshanara Club ground. Vinay claimed eight wickets as Delhi was bowled out for 154. Karnataka finished the opening day at 91 for two.
