‘Yeddyurappa must explain decisions’

Bangalore: The Congress on Tuesday accused Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa for succumbing to the pressure exerted on him by the Ministers from Bellary district.

Addressing presspersons here, Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council V.S. Ugrappa said following pressure from the three Ministers from Bellary district, the Chief Minister had rolled back the transfer of officials two weeks after they were shunted out by him.

The Chief Minister should explain to the public why he rescind the transfer of officials and on resignation of Shobha Karandlaje, he said.
