Collector’s advice

MADURAI: Collector N. Mathivanan has advised people residing on the banks of Vaigai river and low lying areas along it to move to places of safety. Precautionary steps may be taken on cattle movement along the river banks as well.

In the event of any emergencies, public may contact a special flood control room for any assistance at 0452 2527239, a press release said here on Monday.
