Patna: The Patna High Court on Monday dismissed JD (U) MLA Vijay Kumar alias Munna Shukla’s bail application in connection with the murder of RJD MLA Brij Bihari Prasad 11 years ago. A division bench comprising Justices C. M. Prasad and D. D. Jha rejected the bail plea of the MLA, who is facing life term in the murder case. A CBI court had on August 12 found him guilty of the killings and sentenced him to life imprisonment.
