Pauri (Uttarakhand): Three persons have been arrested for allegedly making obscene video CDs involving a local girl in Kotdwar area of Pauri district, the police said on Monday. Acting on a tip-off, a Special Operations Group team raided a house in the area and arrested the accused, who were allegedly found them making CDs of the obscene film. When interrogated, they purportedly told the police that they were planning to sell the CDs in the market.
