Prajavani by HMWSSB

HYDERABAD: A total of 30 complaints were received at Prajavani programme organised by HMWSSB on Monday, a press note said.
The complaints were from places such as Jagadgiri Gutta, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Borabanda, Humayun Nagar and Rajendranagar and pertained to double billing, settlement of dues, change of name, excess billing and erratic timings. Three complaints were resolved on the spot.
K.Ashok Reddy, Executive Director, chaired the programme participated by various officials. Objective of the programme, to be conducted every Monday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Board office, is to redress grievances at the earliest.
