Rural innovators to showcase products

Thiruvananthapuram: In a bid to promote grassroots enterprise and rural technology, the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (KSCSTE) is organising a Rural Innovators Meet (RIM- 2009) at the VJT Hall here from November 23 to 25.

A pressnote quoting E.P. Yesodharan, Executive Vice-President, KSCSTE, said the meet would offer a platform to address the issues and challenges faced by grassroots innovators. Exhibitions, seminars, technology demonstration and discussions would be held in connection with the event. There would be avenues for innovators to establish contact with line departments and research institutions in various sectors.
