MANGALORE: Temporary ration card-holders in Ullal and Permannur gram panchayat limits will be given permanent ration cards from November 16 to 20 at the office of Ullal Town, according to an official press release here. Municipality during working hours. The people attached to 15 fair price depots in the areas under the two gram panchayats have been requested to have their old ration cards exchanged with permanent ones.
