Bowled over: Actors Soha Ali Khan and Emraan Hashmi in Bangalore on Sunday to promote their film ‘Tum Mile’. BANGALORE: The makers claim it to be the first Indian movie to be produced based on a natural disaster. True to the claim, “Tum Mile” captures the travails of the quintessential Mumbaikar, who suffered the massive deluge during the monsoon last year. Due for release on November 13, the cast and crew of Tum Mile, including the lead pair Emraan Hashmi and Soha Ali Khan, and movie director Kunal Deshmukh, were in Bangalore on Sunday to promote the movie. “Bangalore is a young city, and we have a lot of expectations from it,” said Emraan. “There have been many bad films this year. But Tum Mile is different and you will enjoy it,” claimed Soha, amidst jostling by the crowd that had turned hysterical. For hundreds of fans, who gathered at Amoeba, it was a moment of joy, as they watched their favourite stars enjoy a session of bowling. A few lucky ones got audio CDs autographed by the lead pair free besides getting free gift hampers. Emraan said: “It is great to be here (Bangalore). I am sure I will visit Bangalore more often. Kunal Deshmukh also joined the fans in singing the title track of the film.
