BANGALORE: In its drive against theft, pilferage and misuse of electricity, the vigilance team of HESCOM caught a flour mill owner on Wednesday at Chikkapadasalagi village in Jamakhandi taluk, who was tapping power from distribution lines. The team imposed a penalty of Rs. 78,589 and booked a criminal case against him, according to a press release. — Staff Reporter
