Be neutral in discharging duties, CAs told

Staff Reporter

TIRUPATI: TTD Executive Officer I.Y. Ramakrishna Rao has advised chartered accountants to steer clear of issues to maintain neutrality while discharging their duties. “Emotional detachment holds the key for maintaining a free and fair opinion while in the profession,” he said.

Addressing a seminar on ‘To challenge the change – adapt or adopt’, organised by the South Indian Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI-SIRC) on Sunday, he told them to skilfully discharge their responsibilities.
