THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The founding day flag of the Bharat Scouts and Guides was released by Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan at the PR chamber of the Secretariat on Saturday. The function was attended by the Director of Public Instruction A.P.M. Mohammed Haneesh, who is the State Chief Commissioner of the Bharat Scouts and Guides; Joint State Secretary J.Chandra; State Scouts Commissioner P.K. Gopinathan; and treasurer K.G.
