Child killed

NAMAKKAL: A four-year-old child was killed when a jeep hit her in Elachiapalayam near here on Friday.

The police said Thrisha, daughter of Kumar, was playing near her house, when the accident took place. She sustained serious injuries and died on way to hospital. A case was registered.
