MYSORE: S.Y. Sidde Gowda, professor and chairman of the Department of Social Work, University of Mysore, has been invited as a resource person for the 20th Asia Pacific Social Work Conference to be held at Auckland, New Zealand, from November 10. Dr. Gowda will be speaking on “Human trafficking in India” and making a poster presentation during the conference highlighting various aspects of human trafficking in the Asia-Pacific region in general and India in particular.
