Tamil Nadu boys bag title

KOCHI: Tamil Nadu boys won the team kata title in the second RSC National karate championship, organised by the International Okinawan Shorin Ryu Seibukan Karate-do Association, at the Rajiv Gandhi indoor stadium here on Saturday.

The winners (colour belt events): Kata: Boys (U-10): Arpitha Kumar (Ktk). U-13: Ambur Das (Asm).

Team kata: Boys (10-13 years): Tamil Nadu (S. Dwarakesh, M. Akash, Lingeshwar).

Girls (U-10): Deja S. Urs (Ktk). U-13: Athira Mary Winny (Ker). U-15: Silpa (Ker). U-17: Srilaxmi (TN).
