Revolving funds to be distributed to 1000 women SHGs 
VISIT: S.S. Palani Manickam, Union Minister of State for Finance, inspecting the samathuvapuram on Friday. THANJAVUR: Deputy Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will inaugurate the Periyar Memorial samathuvapuram at Thoppuviduthi in Thiruvonam panchayat union on November 13, according to S.S. Palani Manickam, Union Minister of State for Finance. He inspected the completed work at the samathuvapuram on Friday. He told presspersons that the samathuvapuram had come up at a cost of Rs.3.50 crore. He checked the quality of construction and said that Stalin would participate in a meeting on Sandai Veedhi in Thiruvonam to distribute revolving funds to 1000 women SHGs after the inauguration of the samathuvapuram the same day. Mahesh Krishnaswamy, Thiruvonam MLA, P. Mantrachalam, Project Officer, District Rural Development Agency, accompanied the Minister.
