Flights from Kochi to Male planned

Nedumbassery: Kochi is all set to establish air connectivity with Male, the capital of the Maldives within one year through the Cochin International Airport Limited, said CIAL sources here on Friday.

They said that Aminath Jameel, Maldives Minister for Health and Family Welfare, had held a discussion with CIAL officials on Friday regarding the air connectivity.

The services are scheduled to be launched next year, they said.
