BIDAR: There was tension for some time in Ghatboral village of Humnabad taluk on Friday after a Dalit Sangharsha Samiti (DSS) flag hoisted in front of a hospital in the village was brought down by some miscreants. According to the police, on learning about the incident DSS members staged a dharna demanding the arrest of those behind the incident. They forcibly closed shops and observed a bandh. Later, Humnabad MLA Rajshekar Patil visited the village. Adequate security was deployed in village. — Staff Correspondent
