KOCHI: The former Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader K. Muraleedharan has said that he will work for the victory of the United Democratic Front (UDF) candidates in the forthcoming Assembly byelections. Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, he said that since he and his followers had decided to return to the Congress, it was imperative to work for the party. Mr. Muraleedharan, who was expelled from the Congress, said it could not be expected that the UDF would share the dais with him till he was re-admitted.
