Runaway boys from Bangalore held

Two boys found wandering near the Perambur railway station on Tuesday were picked up by the Sembium police. They were identified as S. Satish (13) and S. Santhosh (11) of Agraharam in Bangalore. The boys told police that they took a train to Chennai from Bangalore after their schoolteacher threatened to inform their parents about their performance in school.

The boys were reported missing at a police station in Bangalore on October 30. “We have taken steps to hand over the boys to their parents,” an official said.
