TIRUPATI: In a significant development in the annals of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, its employees association has on Tuesday served a strike notice on the management and set November 18 as the deadline conceding to their demands failing which, the union leaders threatened to resort to ‘direct action’ from the next day. A delegation of the TTD Employees Association led by M. Mohan Reddy, president and C. Vijaya Kumar, general secretary, had an hour-long negotiations with TTD’s Executive Officer I.Y.R. Krishna Rao in his chamber on Tuesday.
