Rs. 2 crore for BU research centre

BANGALORE: Bangalore University has earmarked Rs. 2 crore to establish research centre and to improve its infrastructure, Vice-Chancellor N. Prabhu Dev said here on Tuesday.

Inaugurating the two-day lecture and exhibition on “Information and Career Guidance” organised by the Al-Ameen College Alumni Association and University Employment Information and Guidance Bureau, in Bangalore, Mr. Prabhu Dev said a student could apply for admission into different courses in a single application under the single matrix admission process, one of the new initiatives.

Mumtaz Ahmed khan, Founder, Al-Ameen Movement and Chairman of Al-Ameen Educational Society, Legislator Abdul Azeem were present.
