KURNOOL: Additional Director General of Police Durga Prasad said the training methods were upgraded for constables keeping in view the complexity of policing in the years to come. Mr. Prasad attended the Passing-Out parade of 400 armed constables who underwent training at APSP Battalion here on Tuesday. He said a total of 1,250 parades were given to the cadets during the 125-day training period. Apart from various types of drills, battle of obstacles, assault course, unarmed combat and other marital arts were taught to the cadets. He called upon the cadets to earn a name for the institution through their dedicated service and discipline.
