Electrocuted

ATTUR: A farmer was electrocuted when he came in contact with a live power cable in Talavasal near here on Monday.

The police said Periyasamy (40) of Deviyakurichi was climbing a coconut tree when the incident took place.

He died on the spot.

A case was registered in this connection.
