Patna: CPI-ML (Liberation) on Tuesday called for a State-wide bandh on November 24 to press for early implementation of D Bandhopadhyaya Commission recommendations on land reforms. “We will observe a State-wide bandh on November 24 to press for implementation of land reforms measures in keeping with the recommendations of the Bandopadhyaya Commission,” CPI-ML (Liberation) State secretary Nand Kishore Prasad said. Alleging that the Nitish Kumar-led government is . “anti-poor and inefficient”, he said the party would resort to ‘pad-yatra’ from November 10 to 16. “We have decided to come out with the details in form of a failure report card highlighting the misdeeds of the State government on November 24, the day it will complete its four years in office,” the State secretary said.
