Irrigation Advisory Board meeting finalises allocation

Kakinada: The Irrigation Department will supply Godavari water to 1,09,600 acres in the eastern and central deltas (66,400 and 43,200 acres respectively) for the Rabi crops out of 4,36,533 which is the total acreage to be served in East Godavari district.

The ayacut to be served by Godavari in West Godavari district is 1,15,400 acres as against the total of 4,60,000 acres.
