Kozhikode: Most of the unrest now haunting the rural India stems from the failure to ensure the social justice by the governments from time to time, Union Defence Minister A.K. Antony said here on Tuesday. He was addressing the audience after laying the foundations for the Markaz Museum at Karanthur. Stating that the UPA government was on a mission to take a “serious re-look at the rural India and its villages” to make for the past failures in ensuring the social justice, Mr. Antony said the government could not afford to forget that different communities were entitled to equal share of the country’s development. Union Minister of State for Home Mullappally Ramachandran inaugurated the Markaz Digital Library on the occasion. – Staff Reporter
