Bangalore school enters south zone quiz finals

KOCHI: Kumaran Children’s Home English Nursery School, Bangalore, has secured its place in the finals of the South zonal round of the Heritage India Quiz competition held here on Monday by Cochin Refineries School, Ambalamugal. The team, comprising Arjun S., Shashank K. and Sudarshan P. S. beat Bhavan’s Adarsh Vidyalaya, Kochi and Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kanjikode, to qualify for the national finals to be held in New Delhi.

Saseer Bava, Gopikrishna K. R. and Ravikrishna Rajeev of Bhavan’s Adarsh, Kochi are the runners-up while Vidyasree B., Swathi P. G. and Arjun Ambat of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kanjikode, came third.

Nine teams participated in the South Zonal round.
