Zubaidi and Sriram hog the limelight

HYDERABAD: Century by Ilyas Zubaidi (160) for Adams XI in the A-Division (one-day) league and fine spell by Sriram (eight for 15) for National Insurance in the A-Institution league were the highlights of the HCA League here.

The scores: A-Division (one-day) league: Vijay Bharathi 289 for eight (Vamsi 80, Madhav 64, Seshagiri 76) bt Team Kun 199 (Santhosh Reddy 64, Shivanand 42 not out).

Gaganmahal Blues 176 (Abhinav 41, Nandu 55, Mehraj five for 46) bt DBCC 161 (Kazmi 55, Shravan five for 51, Vicky four for 18).

Pasha Beedies 139 (Faizan 43, J. Kiran Kumar five for 45) lost to SK Blues 140 for four (Shaik Mushtaq 50 not out).

Hyd Blues 224 for seven (Sai Kumar 66, Sandeep 46) bt Deccan Wanderers 160 (Bashrath Ali Khan 65, Sandeep four for 35).

Loknayak 158 (Mouzam six for 12, Kiran Yadav four for 21) lost to Gouds XI 162 for five (Isthiyaq 40).

Youth CC 115 (Md Imran Khan 51, Dasarath Kanth five for 17) lost to Southend Raymonds 116 for two (Uttam Kumar 44 not out).

Adams XI 242 for seven (Ilyas Zubaidi 160, Sundeep three for 51) bt Aggarwal Seniors CC 149 (Aleem five for 27).

A-Institution (one-day) league: IAF 93 (Sriram eight for 15) lost to National Insurance 94 for two (Aditya 61 not out).

Commercial Taxes 202 for five (Gopi 44, Danny 57) bt AP High Court 133 (Naveen four for 28, Sharan six for 25).

B-Division (one-day) league: Mehmood CC 161 for eight (Bharath 41 not out) lost to Sungrace 162 for four (Sharath 68 not out).

Schools league: Boys Town 112 (Md. Ali Qureshi 30, P. Vinay Kumar four for 21, Vishal Jude Phillips three for 16) lost to Yadav Diary 115 for one (Vishal Jude Phillips 53 not out, P. Rohit Reddy 32).
