PALAKKAD: Transport Minister Jose Thettayil will make his first visit to the district after becoming a Minister on Monday. He will inaugurate the State committee meeting of the Janata Dal (S) Deve Gowda faction at 11 a.m. N.M. Joseph, president of the party State unit, will preside. He will inaugurate the district committee office of the party at RBS Towers, Harikara Street, at 4 p.m., said party district president V. Chandran.
