Durai Murugan divested of PWD portfolio

CHENNAI: Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi on Sunday took over the Public Works portfolio from Durai Murugan.

A Raj Bhavan press release said the Governor had re-allocated the subjects Public Works, Irrigation, including Minor Irrigation, and Programme Works to Mr. Karunanidhi.

Mr. Durai Murugan would continue to be the Minister for Law, the release said.
