Rain plays spoilsport

New Delhi: The Indian football team had to confine itself to indoor workouts on the first day of its month-long training tour of Spain as heavy rain lashed Barcelona.

The 27 players were to have their first outdoor training session on Thursday at the ground outside the famous Nou Camp, the home of European champion FC Barcelona, but the heavens opened up just before their departure from the team hotel. — PTI
