Case on CDs of narco tests adjourned

Kochi: The Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate Court on Thursday adjourned to July 13 a petition filed by Sister Abhaya’s father seeking to reject the CBI report regarding CDs of narco analysis. In its report, the CBI told the court that the CDs produced before courts were original. The petition also sought a directive to S. Malini, former Assistant Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Bangalore, to swear an affidavit before the court saying that the CDs given to the CBI were original. — Special Correspondent
