BANGALORE: The State Government has transferred four IAS officers. Pradeep Sing Koirala has been appointed Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Bangalore; and B. Basavaraju as Managing Director, Krishna Bhagya Jal Nigam Limited, Bangalore. B. Harish Gowda has been appointed Commissioner, Public Instruction, Bangalore while I.S.N. Prasad, has been appointed Chief Project Officer, Karnataka State Highway Improvement Project (KSHIP), Bangalore.
