The post box hung from a pole of a shed in Iyer Bungalow area is inaccessible and most inconvenient for the public to post letters. Further there is a small canal filled with garbage and sewage running below the shed. Hence, the post box must to be shifted to some other place immediately. A. Vivekanantham, Madurai No space leftThere is not enough space for parking city buses inside the Periyar Bus Stand. All passenger shelters have been encroached upon by shops and vendors, leaving people to stand outside them braving the hot sun and rain. Lorries, two-wheelers and other vehicles going towards Arasaradi and Ellis Nagar pass right through the bus stand. Nobody cares about the difficulties of bus passengers. I request the Collector to inspect the bus stand and take action to remove all encroachments and bring a semblance of order. S.N.M.T. Nagarajan, Madurai Fix speed limitThe frequent news of two-wheeler riders getting killed under the wheels of lorries sends shivers down the spine. Fixing a speed limit of 30 km per hour for heavy vehicles and 40 km for light motor vehicles and two-wheelers inside the city limits will go a long way in reducing fatal accidents. B.B.C. Chandrasekar, Madurai
