Directive to clinics

HYDERABAD: The district health authorities have directed nursing homes, genetic and ultrasound clinics, labs and assisted reproductive technology (ART) clinics in twin cities to maintain strict compliance of the rules under Pre-Conception and Prenatal Diagnostic Techniques Act 1994 (PC-PNDT).

Authorities have directed radiologists, sonologists or gynaecologists to manually enter the records along with the dates in the PC-PNDT register.
