HYDERABAD: Lava International Limited, a mobile handset manufacturer, announced on Saturday its entry in Andhra Pradesh with four handsets including three of them with dual SIM slots.

Sunil Bhalla, Co-Founder & Director, said with a fast-growing market, user preferences too were changing everyday.

“Our focus is on the semi-urban and rural markets where established players today do not seem to have too much of a presence,” he said, adding that of the 386 outsourced service centres that the company was putting in place, 35 were in Andhra Pradesh.

CEO Balakrishna Rao spoke about the public preference for hi-fi features.

Cost

The price band of the four cell phones launched now, ranged from Rs.2,599 to Rs.3,750.
