Jewellery missing

CHENNAI: Five sovereigns of gold jewellery were reported stolen from a house at K.K. Nagar on Friday.

According to police sources, the complainant, Kamala (40), a flower vendor residing in Sivalingapuram, returned home from work at 4 p.m. when she saw the front door open. The jewels kept in the safe were missing. The lock of the door was broken. The K.K. Nagar police have registered a case.
