Steps on to redress grievances of entrepreneurs

TIRUCHI: The district administration has taken steps to redress the grievances of the entrepreneurs of micro, small and medium enterprises and those entrepreneurs selected under the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) in getting loans from the banks, said T. Soundiah, Collector, here on Friday.

The Collector said that the problems of these entrepreneurs would be taken up at the meeting of the entrepreneurs and the bankers which would be presided over by him every month.

He appealed to the entrepreneurs to submit in writing their problems including delay in getting loans from banks, and other problems to him or to the General Manager of the District Industries Centre (DIC) for taking immediate action.
