CHANDIGARH: Haryana has been able to curb the foot and mouth disease of animals to a large extent as no outbreak has been reported in the last four years, an official spokesman said here on Saturday. He said the incidence of other diseases among animals had also reduced due to mass vaccination programme of the State Government. Nearly 2,789 veterinary institutions are giving health care, he said. Hospital timings have been fixed in summer from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and in winter from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
