VIJAYAWADA: The Andhra Cricket Association, at its executive committee meeting on Saturday, co-opted two of its members as vice-presidents. The meeting unanimously accepted the resignations of three of its members – two IAS officers M.G.V.K. Bhanu and M. Ravichandra and IPS officer A.K. Khan, who decided to quit the ACA following the outbreak of controversies and scams. ACA president Gokaraju Ganga Raju, at a press conference here, said that they have co-opted Anantapur District Cricket Association president Moncho Ferrer and ACA women’s wing chairman J. Narendra of Guntur as vice-presidents. The third post will be filled as and when we come across a right candidate, he added.
